Privacy Policy

The free-trial form on this site asks for your name, your mobile number, your preferred branch and (optionally) your training goal. That is all this website collects. The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

When you submit the form, your details are delivered to the gym through a third-party form service, which forwards them to KFitness by email. The information is used for one purpose: to contact you about your free trial and, if you choose to join, your membership.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the form service that delivers it to us.

We keep your contact details only as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry or manage your membership. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email kfitnessph@gmail.com and we will act on it.

Your personal data is protected by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, and to ask for deletion of your personal data. Complaints may be raised with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
